STANDARD

The proven
starting point.

Standard is the baseline MOR wheel direction: a practical balance of wheel, bearing and running-surface choices for compatible applications. It is the right first selection when the project does not yet have a specialist operating-force or track-contact requirement.

Standard does not mean generic. Wheel diameter, quantity, material and bearing specification still respond to the load and system envelope.

ON-ICE

Develop the
last resistance out.

On-ICE starts with the MOR foundation and revisits the elements that influence operating force: the tyre material at the track, the bearing package and the wheel geometry.

The objective is lighter movement without treating a single material or bearing as a magic answer. The complete interface must be evaluated together.

SILENT STEEL

Steel carries.
Polymer guides.

Steel can provide strong load-bearing performance, but repeated steel-on-steel flank contact can introduce noise and wear. Silent Steel separates the jobs: a steel core carries the load while polymer flanks guide the wheel.

The result is a design direction for demanding track contact where load capability and acoustic behaviour need to be considered together.
