Naked is a family of factory-defined MOR roller configurations that removes the conventional outer casing while retaining a controlled, aligned roller assembly.

CiiLOCK defines the wheel count, reinforcement and load category for each Naked roller option. Customers select an engineered configuration; they are not expected to assemble loose modules or invent the load path on site.
UP TO 35% LESS EMBODIED CARBON
Removing the conventional casing can reduce embodied carbon by up to 35% against a comparable cased configuration. Final reduction depends on the selected roller and reinforcement material.
REINFORCED ALIGNMENT
A steel or aluminium reinforcing bar on each side assists installation alignment and keeps the wheels aligned with the running track.

Naked reduces material around MOR without shifting engineering responsibility to the customer. Each selected configuration arrives as a considered roller arrangement with its reinforcement and wheel geometry resolved.
For very heavy doors, selected premium Naked variants are connectable: two defined three-wheel rollers can be joined to form one fully self-levelling six-wheel roller. That can double the available wheel count while preserving the MOR load-sharing intent. Connectability applies only to nominated premium variants—not every Naked roller.
